I moved to Southern California and began working in the Residential Mortgage and Real Estate Brokerage fields. I opened my own Brokerage firm, California Realty Network/California Mortgage Network in Aliso Viejo, CA in 2000. I began a development company building spec homes in the Palm Springs area in 2001 and have completed approximately 47 homes to date. In 1995 I began flipping properties in Southern California and have purchased, fixed, and sold approximately 140 homes. As an additional service to my clients I manage properties for long term and rentals.
